RES Anatolia Is Looking For An Accounting Assistant Specialist

RES Anatolia is looking for an “Accounting Assistant Specialist” who has the following qualifications and will be working in the expanding and growing organizational structure of the international company.

– Academic degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
– 2-3 years’s experience in Accounting
– Good knowledge of MS Office Applications and LOGO Software
– Excellent verbal and written skills in English
– Detail oriented, ability to coordinate tasks and projects
– Adaptability, sense of organization
– Priority management, practical spirit
– Respect of confidentiality

Job Description/Assignments

– Prepare all accounting entries in the Logo software
– Keep accounting books according to Turkish legislation
– Ensure all statutory declarations are properly managed and accurate
– Provide monthly, quarterly & annual end statutory close
– Support for external and internal auditors
– Assist in providing monthly & quarterly reporting packages
– Prepare BA/BS reports

– Monitor daily cash, post bank transactions
– Provide assistance with cash-flow preparations & payments
– Reconcile all 3rd Parties, banks & cash accounts

– Ensure administrative tasks related to purchasing management
– Follow-up office expenses
– Act as key-user of accounting software

QSE (Quality, Safety and Environment)
– Respect quality and safety procedures within the company.
– Participate in the definition of accounting procedures for the company
– Participate in or initiate corrective actions and continuous improvement of quality & safety procedures
