For our solar power plant projects in different locations through Turkey, we are looking for a “Deputy General Manager” who has solar power plant construction experience.
-Bachelor’s degree from Electrical engineering faculties of reputable universities
-Minimum 15 years of extensive managerial experience
-Work experience in solar power plant projects as a Construction Manager or Project Director/Manager is a must (Please give the details of your previous projects and responsibilities in your resume)
-Comprehensive knowledge on construction activities in relation to the relevant Electrical, Civil and Mechanical disciplines
-Strong management and leadership skills
-Must have distinguished ‘Co-ordination’ experience across various disciplines and sites at different locations
-Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
-Having no travel restrictions
-Deputising General Manager in managing the organisation ensuring high quality business activities with maximum quality, service and profitability for the organisation
-Generating organizational structure of the projects and site teams
-Managing and coordinating the construction teams and subcontractors
-Planing, developing and organizing the construction effort to formulate the most cost-effective plan to timely completion within budget and to implement the execution of that plan
-Preparing, revising and reporting the master plans, business plans and budget of the project
-Controlling progress payments and final accounts are prepared on time and as per the project standards
-Planning and conducting the cash flow activities and reporting to the head office on a regular basis
-Reviewing man-hours and duration forecasts
-Reporting to the General Manager for project details, including progress, risks and opportunities in a timely manner
-Defining clear roles & responsibilities and deliverable requirements in terms of both scope and schedule to all the team members
-Adhering to company safety standards and promote safety culture
-Managing and conducting mobilization and demobilization processes
-Effective and timely communication to all key stakeholders such as employer, shareholders public institutions and community regarding technical information, resolution of issues and achievement of project milestones when it’s necessary
